Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Lead the technical architecture for new features, ensuring code quality, security, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to define product requirements.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in production environments.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and backend technologies.
- Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud services (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
