Responsibilities

- Lead the development of front-end and back-end components, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define feature requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers, providing code reviews, technical guidance, and support to foster team growth.
- Optimize application performance, improve user experience, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on web technologies.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, database design (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude towards technical challenges.
