Responsibilities
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor server performance and perform routine maintenance tasks during weekend shifts.
- Assist remote and on-site employees with password resets, software installations, and email configuration.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and prioritize issues based on business impact.
- Document technical solutions and maintain accurate records of system changes.
- Collaborate with the on-site IT team during handover periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Information Technology is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related technical field.
- Proficient in Windows and Office 365 suite.
- Strong understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday (or as specified).
