Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-performance, scalable web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define and implement software features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and high code quality.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in real-time.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and drive technical decision-making during sprint planning.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and integrate them into our development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong proficiency in RESTful APIs, SQL, and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
