Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern programming languages.
- Lead code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers to ensure code quality.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, Product, QA) to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in production environments.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline the deployment process.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript (React/Vue).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Strong understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
