Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of scalable backend services and APIs.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver feature-rich products.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize application performance for speed and efficiency.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our tech stack.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
