Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define features and technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Optimize application performance and ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Identify technical risks and propose innovative solutions to complex business problems.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with modern frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with backend technologies like Node.js, Express, or Python/Django.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and database systems (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
