Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable software applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a strict focus on performance, security, and accessibility.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to uphold engineering excellence.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Python, or Java.
- Strong experience with React, Node.js, or similar full-stack technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to code quality.
- Must be willing to work on-site at our Boston, MA office.
