Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements and industry standards.
- Lead architectural discussions and make critical technical decisions to ensure system scalability and performance.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards across the team.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into intuitive features.
- Identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks in the development lifecycle, implementing robust CI/CD pipelines.
- Conduct rigorous testing and quality assurance to ensure zero downtime and optimal user experience.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on backend or full-stack development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java, with deep knowledge of at least one framework (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (GCP).
- Strong understanding of database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
