Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and backend technologies.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of scalable solutions, ensuring system reliability and performance.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and technical discussions to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues and bottlenecks within the existing codebase.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack web development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management (SQL and NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
