About the Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead the technical direction of our projects, mentor junior developers, and ensure our codebase is robust, secure, and maintainable. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software applications using modern technologies.
- Lead code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and help them grow their technical skills and career.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, architecture design, implementation, and testing.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or Angular.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
