The Role: As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance web applications. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver seamless user experiences. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and product enhancements.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish coding standards to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Optimize application performance, improve responsiveness, and ensure high availability of our services.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement efficient, long-term architectural solutions.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on JavaScript or Python.
- Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Express, or Django).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
