Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring 99.9% uptime and fast load times.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; lead code reviews and technical architecture decisions.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning) to drive project delivery.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide technical solutions to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL like MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus.
