Job Summary
We are currently hiring now for a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the development of high-performance web applications, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure quality standards.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to the Oklahoma City office occasionally.
