Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable software systems using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and drive technical decision-making within the team.
- Testing & Deployment: Implement rigorous testing strategies and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment processes.
- Problem Solving: Identify technical risks and propose effective solutions to complex engineering challenges.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Manage and optimize cloud resources on AWS or GCP to ensure high availability and performance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a corporate environment.
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in JavaScript (TypeScript preferred), Python, or Java.
- Frontend Frameworks: Strong experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Backend Technologies: Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and backend frameworks such as Node.js or Django.
- Database Skills: Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile team setting.
