Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Lead architectural decisions and code reviews to ensure robustness, security, and maintainability.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues in production environments.
- Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and cloud services (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with database management systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and version control (Git).
- Proven track record of leading teams and delivering projects on tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote/on-site model.
