Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of cloud-native microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and optimize AWS infrastructure

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Spring
- Expertise in RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases and caching strategies
- Proven track record of delivering scalable, high-performance systems
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
