Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development of cloud-native financial applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React
- Mentor junior engineers through technical reviews and pair programming sessions
- Architect scalable solutions handling 10K+ TPS with AWS and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and maintain 99.95% system uptime
- Drive code quality through TDD, automated testing, and security best practices
- Contribute to technical strategy and roadmap planning
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience with Java and JavaScript frameworks
- Proven track record building high-throughput RESTful APIs and microservices
- Expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/GCP) and containerization technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills with complex distributed systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Agile/Scrum certification or practical implementation experience
