Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex software applications using modern technologies and industry best practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and deliver high-quality code.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews, perform thorough testing, and debug issues to ensure product stability and performance.
- Architect scalable backend systems and optimize database queries for maximum efficiency.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to foster team growth and knowledge sharing.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably in a full-stack environment.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Strong experience with modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a collaborative team setting.
