Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and technical architecture.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-up meetings to ensure project milestones are met.
- Debug, test, and troubleshoot software issues to ensure high system stability and performance.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and tools to improve development processes and product features.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.
- Familiarity with database management systems (SQL/NoSQL) such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
