Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable software applications using modern frameworks and languages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and software architecture patterns.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering department.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and performance bottlenecks in existing systems.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java, along with experience with SQL databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
