Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end technical architecture for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Design and implement high-availability, fault-tolerant distributed systems using microservices and serverless patterns.
- Mentor and guide a team of junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Define best practices for code quality, security, and deployment automation (CI/CD pipelines).
- Conduct architectural reviews and make critical decisions on technology stacks, including cloud providers and databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and security experts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Go, Rust, or Java.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML infrastructure and scalable data processing pipelines (e.g., Apache Spark, Kafka).
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex technical transitions and architectural overhauls.
