Responsibilities
- Define the Vision: Create and execute the comprehensive technical roadmap for the 2026 strategic initiatives, aligning with business goals.
- Lead Innovation: Identify, evaluate, and integrate cutting-edge technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced AI, Edge Computing) into our product suite.
- Architecture & Security: Oversee the design of secure, resilient system architectures capable of handling exponential data growth.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of engineers, strategists, and designers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and creativity.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and cross-functional partners to drive buy-in.
- R&D Management: Lead the Research & Development budget, managing key partnerships with tech startups and academic institutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic technology leadership, system architecture, or product strategy.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and emerging future-tech trends.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects from conception to delivery.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex, multi-faceted technical problems.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
