Responsibilities
- Strategic Architecture: Design and implement scalable, high-performance systems that align with our 2026 product roadmap and long-term business goals.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- R&D Leadership: Lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for emerging technologies, including AI-driven interfaces and decentralized systems.
- System Optimization: Oversee the migration and optimization of legacy infrastructure to ensure zero-downtime scalability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers and Designers to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Code Review & Governance: Establish and enforce rigorous code quality standards and architectural patterns across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technologies: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure), microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Programming: Proficiency in high-level languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse teams and managing large-scale project lifecycles.
