- Lead and Manage: Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential bottlenecks and develop proactive strategies to mitigate project risks.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, concise updates to executive leadership and clients to maintain transparency.
- Agile Execution: Drive Agile and Scrum methodologies to ensure rapid iteration and high-quality software delivery.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize team workflows and manage resource distribution effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management within the technology sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
- Certifications: PMP, CAPM, or Agile Master Certification is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of resolving complex technical challenges.
