Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical roles including Software Engineering, Data Science, and DevOps in the Dallas market and surrounding areas.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search, social networking, and direct outreach, to identify passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and optimize job descriptions.
- Manage the offer process, including salary negotiation and onboarding coordination.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical roles.
- Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage technical stakeholders effectively.
- Proven track record of meeting aggressive hiring quotas and deadlines.
- Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel for on-site interviews and networking events.
