Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps) using Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Optimize all job descriptions and postings for maximum SEO visibility on LinkedIn, Indeed, Google Jobs, and our career site.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO traffic data to refine sourcing strategies and improve time-to-hire.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, events, and social media engagement.
- Conduct technical screenings and interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and craft compelling job ads.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and ATS features to ensure our job board presence is optimized.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Talent Acquisition.
- Proven track record of using SEO principles to optimize job postings and drive application volume.
- Strong proficiency with ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and Boolean search strings.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
