Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, including Software Engineering, Data Science, and DevOps positions.
- Execute advanced sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and social media platforms to identify passive candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective interview strategies.
- Conduct structured interviews to assess technical competencies, soft skills, and cultural fit.
- Nurture a diverse talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire) and continuously optimize recruitment processes.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing, preferably within the Denver tech market.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical skill sets (Java, Python, React, AWS, etc.).
- Proven track record of successfully placing hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
