Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to source high-quality technical talent for complex roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, social networking, and direct outreach.
- Manage the end-to-end full-cycle recruitment process, from pipeline generation to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and cultural fit.
- Track recruitment metrics and continuously optimize sourcing channels for efficiency.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, specifically within the IT and Software Engineering sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully placing hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and various tech stacks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
