Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design for flagship mobile/web products
- Conduct user research and usability testing across diverse athlete segments
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior designers and drive design excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years UX design experience with consumer tech products
- Portfolio demonstrating complex digital design solutions
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and accessibility standards
- Experience with user research methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
