Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process for web and mobile applications, from wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Conduct comprehensive user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to validate design decisions.
- Create and maintain a cohesive design system that ensures brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our design culture.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS) is a strong plus.
