Responsibilities
- SEO & Growth: Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify optimization opportunities and improve organic search rankings.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to develop keyword-rich strategies that drive qualified leads.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize Boolean search techniques and ATS platforms to identify and screen candidates for specialized tech roles.
- Recruitment Operations: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job descriptions, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Analytics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for both SEO campaigns and recruitment funnels to report on ROI.
- Employer Branding: Enhance our company reputation on platforms like LinkedIn and Glassdoor to attract top engineering talent.
- Technical Collaboration: Work with developers to ensure website structure is optimized for search crawlers and user experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in SEO, Digital Marketing, or Talent Acquisition.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) and Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture basics.
- Soft Skills: Proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Location: Must be willing to work from our New York City office 3 days a week.
