Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and safety standards are met.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and timely shipments.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to maximize productivity.
- Conduct safety inspections and enforce OSHA compliance protocols.
- Handle equipment maintenance and coordinate logistics with shipping carriers.
- Resolve operational issues on the floor quickly and effectively.
- Process paperwork and digital logs accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Experience operating forklifts and warehouse machinery is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid forklift certification (if applicable to the specific shift).
- Reliable transportation to and from the Brooklyn facility.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
