Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Define the strategic vision and technical milestones for the next decade, specifically focusing on technologies expected to mature by 2026.
- Evaluate Emerging Tech: Conduct rigorous research and proof-of-concepts (POCs) on cutting-edge technologies such as Advanced AI, Spatial Computing, and Edge AI.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering leads to translate high-level strategy into actionable technical requirements.
- Innovation Management: Establish internal incubation programs to foster a culture of innovation and ensure our team stays ahead of the curve.
- Process Optimization: Oversee the adoption of next-gen development methodologies and tools that will define the industry standard by 2026.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in software engineering, architecture, or product strategy, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or directorial capacity.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of the technology trends expected to mature by 2026, specifically in AI/ML, Generative AI, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformations and driving innovation within a competitive market.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and board members.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
