- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready innovation priorities
- Produce executive briefings on emerging technologies with near-future commercial impact
- Design and maintain a real-time foresight intelligence dashboard using proprietary tools

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proficiency with futures research tools (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
