Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year strategic foresight initiatives using horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Develop predictive models for technological, social, and economic shifts
- Design innovation roadmaps for C-suite executives in Fortune 500 companies
- Conduct ethnographic research and trend analysis across global markets
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models
- Author thought leadership publications on disruptive forces
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or equivalent experience
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and predictive modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Shell method)
