- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive analytics for executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to validate and accelerate emerging technology adoption
- Represent FutureForge at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into measurable business outcomes
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotechnology convergence
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP) preferred
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or digital transformation
