Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and societal trends to build 5-year strategic foresight models
- Lead client workshops on scenario planning and disruption preparedness for 2026 market shifts
- Develop proprietary trend-tracking frameworks using predictive analytics and qualitative research
- Present executive briefings to C-suite teams on emerging risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof business models
- Author thought leadership publications featured in Harvard Business Review and WIRED
- Mentor junior futurists in our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or trend analysis with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies
- Published thought leadership on disruptive technologies or societal shifts
- Proficiency in forecasting tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk, Trendalyzer)
- Certificate in Futures Thinking (e.g., University of Houston Foresight program)
