Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain horizon scanning frameworks to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional scenario-planning workshops for 2026+ strategic initiatives
- Produce actionable foresight reports and trend briefings for C-suite executives
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term market evolution
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing technologies and methodologies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for trend validation
- Present strategic foresight findings to stakeholders and drive adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend forecasting
- Experience with quantitative/qualitative research methodologies and data visualization
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and cross-functional teams
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (e.g., CFCS) required
