Responsibilities

- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to track disruptive signals
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with clear implementation pathways
- Author annual 'State of the Future' reports positioning our organization for 2026 market leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Experience translating foresight into commercial strategy and product development
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) preferred
