Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead innovation workshops and hackathons to identify emerging technologies and business opportunities
- Produce actionable whitepapers and executive briefings on disruptive forces shaping 2026+ landscapes
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions aligned with long-term market projections
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Quantify ROI of future-oriented initiatives through predictive modeling and KPI tracking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their 2026 implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) preferred
