Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology trends (AI, Web3, IoT) to identify disruptive opportunities that can be integrated into our product ecosystem.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with engineering teams to evaluate feasibility of new technologies and oversee pilot programs for emerging innovations.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and vet potential acquisition targets or partnerships that align with the 2026 innovation strategy.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical roadmaps into clear, actionable strategies for executive stakeholders and investors.
- Resource Allocation: Guide the allocation of R&D budget towards high-priority 2026 initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business applications.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term product strategies and successfully executing them.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences, from engineers to C-suite executives.
- Location: Must be willing to work from our San Francisco headquarters.
