Your Role
As a Supply Chain Associate, you will play a critical role in our daily operations, ensuring that our inventory and shipping processes run smoothly. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and maintain high standards of quality.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accurate stock availability.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with precision and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all inventory transactions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and reduce bottlenecks.
- Perform regular equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and inventory management software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
