Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and remote access.
- Analyze complex technical problems and provide effective, long-term solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate bugs and improve overall system performance.
- Conduct training sessions for new staff members on system protocols and best practices.
- Monitor system alerts and proactively address potential outages to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Information Technology is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple tickets simultaneously and prioritize tasks under pressure.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow, Jira).
