Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex bugs and feature requests.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.
- Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and basic networking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and handle high call volumes.
