Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing issues and product/service concerns with empathy
- Update CRM systems with accurate customer interaction data
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Participate in weekly training sessions to refine skills
- Identify upsell opportunities during customer interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Spanish bilingual candidates strongly encouraged
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
