Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and live chats with professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products/services
- Document interactions in CRM systems with accuracy
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for response time and resolution
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Train new team members on systems and protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge
- Flexibility to work weekends/occasional holidays
- Local Columbus residency required (no remote)
