Responsibilities
- Set up, program, and operate CNC machines (Mazak, Haas, or equivalent) to produce high-quality parts.
- Interpret and verify complex blueprints, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) drawings, and technical specifications.
- Perform in-process inspections to ensure product quality meets strict standards.
- Perform preventative maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and internal safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with the production supervisor to meet daily output targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience operating CNC machining centers.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding technical schematics.
- Familiarity with G-code programming is highly preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed.
