Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing issues, service disruptions, and technical support requests
- Document interactions accurately in CRM system and maintain client records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex cases
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, resolution time, first-contact resolution)
- Participate in weekly team training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience or relevant internship
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
- Basic knowledge of conflict resolution techniques
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
