Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints by investigating problems and providing effective, timely solutions.
- Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation within our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to management to improve service quality.
- Provide product and service information to customers and assist with order processing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center operations.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to listen actively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
